Hi everyone and welcome to my working out made simple website. Working out and going to the gym has been a passion of mine ever since I was 16 years old and over the year’s I have purchased numerous products in the fitness world and visited many different gyms near me to try improve my experience working out.
Being a kid from England with limited time, I was oftentimes looking for quick alternatives to help me be as time efficient as possible but still get that feeling as if you’ve just left the gym, This usually came in the form of using dumbbells, a bar and basic sit ups for a couple hours a day for 5 days a week.
Now it’s time I give what I learnt to you.
Over the year’s I’ve learned a lot about the best techniques, the best diet and the best routine…. and I want to offer others some insight into many of these as well as provide you with updated information on what the pro bodybuilders’ diet and routines are using these days.
A Little Story About My Working Out Life.
Growing up I was always a little smaller than everyone else. When I was 15 I only weighed 45 Kilograms. In a sport where size is what most are trying gain or lose, I always felt I had to work harder and do whatever it took to gain that extra edge on the competition.
As you all know we’re all in competition with one another trying to get the perfect body first to impress our friends but most importantly impress ourselves and be safe while doing it.
So the techniques, diet and the routine you use are critical to achieving this goal.
I literally used to spend hours in my room researching the best diets, techniques, routines and the science behind it all from people like Arnold Schwarzenegger, family and other people I met from the gym when I rarely went, From that I learnt the best pre-workouts to have, The different type of protein drinks, Meals for gaining muscle mass also meals for losing weight and much more.
There are obviously genetic limitations to your overall success such as the rate you recover and grow muscle, but when you follow success stories from others who have made it, you realise that anything can be overcome and that good work ethic and hard work can truly lead to your success.
The Changes And Our Goal
Over the year’s science has discovered new and exciting ways to speed up the whole process of working out and continue to discover new things, from the right time of day to train, the best food to eat, Protein powders and the equipment, As new changes are discovered you’ll be notified on this site along with new products which are released.
The goal of this website is to inform you on the best equipment to purchase as much of the content I’m going to be discussing here is going to be centered around improving your overall fitness, losing and gaining weight and strength.
